NAM-3 is a master batch of high performance nucleator, developed under advanced technology of heterogeneous nucleation. NAM-3 boosts the generation of spherocrystal of smaller and evener size and accelerates the crystallization of PP.  As a result, the mechanical, optical and thermal properties of final PP product are improved.

Applications：

NAM-3 is used to improve the mechanical properties of PP injection molding product, sheet and film. It obviously improves the gloss, rigidity, flexural modulus, tensile strength of PP product, and improves HDT and dimension stability of final product.

Usages:

Mix NAM-3 with PP evenly, process into product through extrusion or injection molding.

Recommended dosage: 1~4%.

Packaging and Storage:

Packed in kraft paper bag, 25kg net each.

Store in cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct exposure to the sun as well as heat source and humidity.
